**Cancellation Policy**
Your appointment is very important to us, and it has been reserved especially for you. We understand that unforeseen events can occur in daily life. However, late notice of cancellations or changes prevents us from accommodating other clients. Therefore, we have established the following policy:
**Cancellation Guidelines**
- Minimum Notice Requirement: HairChef requires at least 1-week notice for cancellations. All cancellations must be made by email to info@hairchef.nl.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel, change, or miss your appointment with less than 1-week notice, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- Time-Consuming Treatments: For treatments such as balayage, extensions, and bleaching, a 1-week cancellation period applies. A deposit is required for these treatments.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Unfortunately, this policy also applies to cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen events.
**Rescheduling Appointments**
To reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@hairchef.nl. Changes must be made at least 1 week before your scheduled appointment to avoid penalties.
**Deposit Payment**
Please note: The listed prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the treatment. You can inquire about the exact price before the treatment or during a consultation appointment. All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Prices and typographical errors reserved.
**Non-Refundable Deposit**: A non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment.
- For amounts above €50, the deposit is 100% of the treatment cost.
- For amounts less than €50, the deposit is 35% of the treatment cost.
- Treatments costing up to €50 must be fully paid in advance.
- **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 1-week notice.
